The irony is not lost on me, that for the past decade I have resisted at every turn putting myself out there on the internet in any capacity. Now to be fair this resistance was born out of the fact that my first career is a first grade public school teacher and had been warned to avoid such behavior. Not that I would have posted any wild pictures nor would I have disparaged anyone over the ether that I imagine the world wide web to be. Now as I launch my second career as an author, I find I have to learn new tricks. So I jump into this brave new world (at least it is for me, so you accomplished social media types can stop smirking…) and launch a website about me and more specifically my writing. I hope you will come to love my stories and my characters as I do. On this journey I expect to grow in my craft and learn how to share my stories with the world. I invite you to follow me as I navigate this process and hope that you will cheer me on.
Love It!!

Yes, you have captured so well the love of the Lowcountry. Your photos are enchanting and your blog is wonderful. You have captured so well the frustration and tribulations of the love affair that is writing.
